Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Roses as Humans or Creative's Garden, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from your profile settings. If you own a collaborative project that other collaborators are still on, you'll need to transfer ownership or remove them from the project before your account can be deleted.
4. Collaboration
Creative's Garden lets you invite other people to collaborate on a project with a role (viewer, reviewer, editor, or owner) that controls what they can see and change. As the owner of a collaborative project, you're responsible for who you invite and what access you give them.
You may generate a public share link for a project you own or have permission to share. Doing so makes that project's content accessible to anyone with the link — including visitors without an account, who may also be able to leave comments — whether or not you've set a password on the link. Don't share a public link for content you don't want visible outside your collaborator list.
You're responsible for your own conduct toward other collaborators, including comments and feedback left on shared projects. We may remove access or content that violates these Terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content only for operating the service.
You are responsible for the content you create and must not upload illegal or infringing material.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may change, update, or go offline at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
